More Than a Gym.
B Pitt Performance is a coaching gym built on one idea:
real coaching changes people, not just bodies.
Whether you're walking into a gym for the first time or you're a competing athlete chasing another level, you belong here, working toward your why.
How We Coach:
B Pitt Performance isn't about barking orders. We ask questions so you find your own reasons to push; because motivation that comes from within lasts a lot longer than when it’s forced on you. You'll be treated as a capable adult who can handle honest, direct coaching.
No matter where you're starting from, there's no judgment, just support & a plan.
What We Value
Small wins. We don't chase overnight transformations. We build daily habits that compound. Progress is made one small, repeatable win at a time.
Integrity. The work you put in when no one's watching is what moves the needle, and we hold ourselves to that same standard every day.
Family. No one trains alone here. Coaches and clients genuinely invest in each other, both on the floor and off.
Built to last. We train the whole person - mind and body - and play the long game over quick fixes, so you keep performing and feeling good for years.
Resilience. Mental toughness gets built rep by rep, with support - not by force. That's true whether you're competing in your sport or working through a hard season of life.
GROWTH > comfort.
Ways to Train:
From semi-private coached small groups to 1-on-1 sessions, virtual coaching, and youth programs, there's a way to train with us that fits your goals, your schedule, & your starting point.
Owner | HEAD coach
Brittany Pittman
Brittany is a certified fitness & nutrition coach and the founder of B Pitt Performance. She holds an Associate’s Degree in Applied Science, an Elite Trainer Certification through ISSA, and certifications in Precision Nutrition, Nutritional Coaching, and Mindset Coaching. She’s currently working toward her CPPS certifications.
Outside the gym, she’s a jiu jitsu competitor and an aunt to a whole crew of nieces and nephews.
Her Story
Brittany’s fitness journey didn’t start with trophies or certifications. It started with feeling overwhelmed, frustrated with her body, and hiding behind insecurities. Through small steps, and lot of trial and error, she discovered the power of consistent workouts and healthy eating. The changes she saw in the mirror sparked something bigger: a change in how she saw herself.
As she got stronger physically, she got stronger mentally too. That’s when she knew she wanted to help others find that same strength and confidence, and it’s why she founded B Pitt Performance. Her own struggles fuel her passion for helping you build sustainable habits and real confidence, and become the best version of you.
These days, the competitor in her shows up on the jiu jitsu mats. Stepping on as a beginner, often surrounded by training partners half her age, has taught her as much about resilience as anything she coaches. Showing up new is its own kind of strength, and it’s part of why she believes anyone, at any stage, belongs in a gym.
Her Values
Hard work, discipline, integrity, & kindness.
Ready to prioritize yourself & show up for the long game? Reaching out is the first step.
GROWTH > comfort.
Assistant Coach
Trisha zelner
Trisha is the coach who will hype you up through the last rep & notice when you walk in feeling a little off. For her, those two things go together, because the mind and body do too.
She has coached HIIT for four years and specializes in it. She was a youth cheerleader from age 6 to 12, then high school drill team, where she earned All-American honors three years in a row and placed in the top 50 at Miss High Kick America at Texas A&M.
Outside the gym, Trisha is a peer support specialist coach in a recovery program and mentors people around the world who are struggling with their mental health. She has completed several mental health programs, including Beyond Sober & The Atlas to Grief and Trauma. This work is personal. She has lost people she loves to that battle and came close to losing herself, and she never wants anyone to feel alone in that fight.
Her own fitness journey shaped how she coaches. She has been unhealthy at both ends of the spectrum, and she worked to become the healthiest version of herself the right way. Now she helps others do the same.
Trisha loves working with beginners and anyone who walks in thinking they “can’t.” There is always a way to modify a workout to fit where you are today.
What she loves most about B Pitt Performance is the small, comfortable space that welcomes every age & athletic level, and a community that has become like family.
Away from the gym, she is an all-in sports mom and a hunter & fisherman’s wife who is right out there with the guys in her life.
Words she lives by:
“We all struggle. Just keep struggling forward.”
